SMX-N + Selank Nasal Spray · 10 mg + 10 mg / 10 mL

A single-bottle formulation containing both compounds: 10 mg SMX-N and 10 mg Selank in 10 mL of sterile saline. Each actuation delivers 0.125 mL — 125 mcg of each peptide simultaneously — with approximately 80 actuations per bottle.

The rationale behind pairing the two is that they act through distinct and largely non-overlapping mechanisms. SMX-N's research profile centres on BDNF/NGF upregulation and melanocortin receptor engagement; Selank's centres on GABA-A modulation, enkephalin metabolism, and serotonergic signalling. Neither has been shown in the literature to interfere with the other.

An honest caveat. Published research on combined administration of these two peptides is minimal. The individual compounds are each reasonably well characterised in the Russian literature; the combination is not. This formulation should be treated as an uncharacterised combination rather than an established one, and we would rather tell you that than imply a research base that does not exist.
