Same-day across south Bali. One to two days by courier to the rest of Indonesia. Here's exactly how both work.
In Bali
When
Every day, 9 AM to 7 PM. Orders confirmed in the evening for the same evening usually work if our team can be told in advance. An order placed after our day has finished goes out the next morning.

These are typical times, not promises. When you order, we check where our team already is and give you a realistic window.
The handover
- We message you when our team leaves, and again ten minutes before arrival.
- They show you the vial label and the batch code.
- You check it against the report on our certificates page.
- You pay: card, tap, Apple Pay, cash, QRIS or GoPay.
If something is wrong — the wrong product, a damaged vial, a batch code that doesn't match — hand it back to our team there and then, and you pay nothing. See our refund policy for what happens after the handover.
Flights
Tell us your departure time when you order. We plan to arrive well before it.
Mixed or chilled orders
By default everything arrives sealed, as dry powder, at room temperature — no fridge needed until you mix it. If you'd like us to mix it or load a pen before delivery, ask: we'll prepare it at our office and deliver it chilled in an insulated case.
Outside Bali, in Indonesia
Courier, usually one to two days to major cities. Sealed powder only. Payment before dispatch, after you've had the chance to check the batch code. Details on peptides in Indonesia.
International
Occasionally possible by international courier, at the customer's cost, with a minimum order value. Regulations differ in every country and customs is outside our control — message us before ordering.
