Who we are

What we collect

We collect the information needed to handle an order: your name, phone number, delivery address and Google Maps pin, order history, and our WhatsApp conversation history.

Customers sometimes choose to share information about their goals or health in conversation. We do not ask for this information. We do not store it in a separate system, and we use it only to answer that customer's own questions.

Why we collect it

We use this information to confirm and deliver orders, take payment, provide support, and meet Indonesian record-keeping obligations.

WhatsApp

Orders and support run through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Messages are subject to Meta's WhatsApp privacy policy, and AVERON has no control over how Meta processes them.

Customer photographs

AVERON photographs some deliveries and publishes a selection on the website. Photographs are published only where the customer has given explicit prior permission. Permission can be withdrawn at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. We remove the photograph the same day, with no reason needed.

Payment

Payment is taken on delivery through a card terminal, or in cash, QRIS or GoPay. AVERON does not store card numbers.

Who else sees your data

• Meta, which operates WhatsApp and the Meta Pixel.
• Our payment provider, where you choose an electronic payment method.
• Lovable, which hosts this website.
• Google, where you consent to Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement.

We do not sell customer information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for the period required by Indonesian law, WhatsApp conversations for as long as the account exists, and customer photographs until permission is withdrawn.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Contact us by WhatsApp or email. We will respond within 14 days.

Applicable law

We handle personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022). For customers in the EU or UK, we honour GDPR and UK GDPR rights on the same basis.

Children

This site and its products are not intended for anyone under 18.
