What we sell — read this first

Everything AVERON supplies is a sealed research compound, for research use only. These are not medicines. They are not approved by any regulator. They are not supplied for human or veterinary consumption. AVERON makes no claim about what any product will do for anyone.

We are not a clinic

AVERON is a registered distributor. It is not a clinic and does not employ doctors. Information provided about products — in writing, on the site, or in conversation — is product information based on published research and practical experience. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace speaking to a doctor.

Age

Customers must be 18 or over.

How an order is formed

An order is accepted when AVERON confirms a delivery window on WhatsApp. AVERON may decline any order without giving a reason.

AVERON declines orders for certain products where a customer's stated circumstances make them unsuitable — for example Melanotan where there is a history of melanoma or significant moles. This is a refusal, not a warning.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and charged in IDR. Payment is taken on delivery. Nothing is paid upfront.

Delivery

We offer same-day delivery across south Bali for a delivery fee of Rp 50,000. Other areas are available by arrangement. Risk and title pass to the customer when the customer accepts and pays for the goods at the door.

Verification before payment

The driver shows the vial and its batch code before payment is taken, so the customer can check it against the published lab report on our certificates page. Acceptance and payment confirm the customer has done so, or has chosen not to.

Customer responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for their own use of the products and for complying with the laws that apply to them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, AVERON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from a product, an order, a delay, or a customer's use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes are subject to Indonesian courts.

Changes

AVERON may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page.
