For mixing your own nasal solutions with Selank or Semax powder. The metered pump delivers a fixed 0.125 mL per spray. Your per-spray dose is: dose per spray = concentration (mg/mL) × 0.125 So a 10 mg powder in 3 mL gives 3.33 mg/mL, and each spray delivers about 416 mcg. Verify the output before you rely on it: spray 10 actuations into a container and weigh it. 1 mL of water weighs about 1 g, so 10 actuations should weigh close to 1.25 g. Pumps vary. Refrigerate once filled. For Semax, keep the bottle out of light — wrap it in foil.
