PT-141 — 1.75 mg, on demand, at least 45 minutes before. Maximum one dose per 24 hours and eight doses per month. KSP-10 — 500 mcg to 1 mg, every other day, never daily.

PT-141 10 mg in 2 ml → 5 mg/ml → 1.75 mg = 35 clicks. KSP-10 10 mg in 5 ml → 2 mg/ml → 500 mcg = 25 clicks, 1 mg = 50 clicks.

PT-141 is on-demand, not a cycle. KSP-10 runs every other day — the every-other-day spacing is not optional, daily dosing desensitises the receptor and shuts the response down.

PT-141 commonly causes nausea and facial flushing, and darkening of moles or freckles with repeated use. The nausea is the most common reason people stop.

There is no peer-reviewed validated subcutaneous protocol for KSP-10. The validated human dosing in the literature is intravenous. The subcutaneous schedule above is an extrapolation used by compounding pharmacies, not a proven protocol. PT-141 is on firmer ground — it is an approved medicine in the US, though what we supply is research-grade, not the branded product.
