The 1 → 2 → 4 mg escalation over 17 weeks consumes about 58 mg on paper, and two 20 mg vials look close. They aren't — the low early doses strand about 8 mg in the first vial when its window closes. Three vials cover 17 clean weeks, provided maintenance is capped at 4 mg. At 6 mg you need a fourth vial around week 12, and it's better to know that now than mid-cycle.
