Insulin Syringes · 1 mL · 31G × 6 mm

For anyone not using the pen, and for doses that exceed the pen's 60-click limit. U-100 means 100 units = 1 mL. So 1 unit = 0.01 mL — identical to a pen click. Every click number in this catalogue works as a unit number on these syringes. Use a syringe instead of the pen when: the dose exceeds 0.6 mL (glutathione at 200 mg, SS-31 at 10 mg), or when you want a larger, more dilute injection volume for comfort (NAD+). Single use. Sharps container.

Sterile, single-use 1 mL syringes with a fixed 31G × 6 mm needle. 31G is the needle diameter — the higher the gauge number, the thinner the needle — and 6 mm is the needle length.

The 1 mL U-100 graduation is what makes small-volume measurement legible: 100 marked units across a single millilitre, so fractions of a millilitre can be read against a printed scale rather than estimated.

Single-use. A syringe must never be re-sheathed or reused — the needle dulls on first pass and re-sheathing is where needlestick injuries happen. For research and educational use only.
